Hello, my name is ***** ***** I am a professional here at Just Answer. I have noticed that your question was not getting a response and thought I would see if you still need help with this.I apologize for the delay and I hope I can still assist you with this here.

Backfiring through the intake in most cases indicates a valve timing concern. I would have your mechanic check the valve timing as well as run a engine compression test to be sure the cams are properly aligned.

Mechanic has opned top cover and timing area but everything intact . CH movements according to the order.once he crank , system is cranking very well.scanner read " CAM sensor fault " nothing else. we have replaced new CAM sensor as well.can this be ECU issue or anything else ?Saman

Saman, I would go ahead and have him run a compression test to at least rule it out.
