Hi Billy
I have a 1991 205 1.4 and the blower has just stopped. Where is the resistor....is it easy to a. get at and b. replace?

You need to go under the dash, the resistor will be mounted into the airbox near the blower motor, so that the heat sink on the resistor can be in the airflow inside the box for cooling.

If you have lost ALL speeds of your fan, it is not as likely that it is the resistor however- only the moderated speeds go through the resistor pack, high speed goes straight from the switch to the fan motor- so I would start out checking to see if you have power directly to the fan with the fan speed set on high.
