I have a 2008 Range Rover Sport. My stereo and navigation

Customer Question

Hi. I have a 2008 Range Rover Sport. My stereo and navigation are not working at all. Completely dead. What can I try to get them working again? You have to explain things very plainly to me as I am not familiar at all with mechanical lingo. :)

Is the screen black or is it displaying the Land Rover logo? The radio itself will not turn on at all? Can I have your VIN?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
It is black. Where do I find the vin#? I tried disconnecting the battery and reconnecting it after about 10 min. Nothing.
Expert:  Richard replied 1 year ago.

VIN should be in the lower corner of the windshield or on the door.

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Sorry it's night here. I will message it to you tomorrow.

Thats fine. Lets also start by checking these fuses. Please check fuse #52 (5 amp), 53 (15 amp), 57 and 58 both 10 amp in the central junction box behind the glove box.
