Hello and welcome to Justanswer!
I'm assuming the engine does reach normal operating temperature.
If you have no heat it could be a restricted heater core, an issue with the blend door in the heater box, or it could be low coolant level. If the coolant level is low due to a leak then there will be little or no coolant in the heater core and you won't have heat.

The first thing I would recommend is checking coolant level. If it's ok and you are unable to control temperature at all then the issue is related to the blend door.

If you're able to control temperature but the heat is just poor then I wouold recommend flushiing the heater core, bleed the cooling system and see if it improves.
