If all other electronics operate properly in your model here and no after market accessories have been installed this fault here can usually be caused by a fault in the command unit itself with it needing removed and replaced.I have seen these fail before on several occasions needing replaced.
The first thing that needs done though is to have the fault codes read out/checked using a scan tool or dealers sds machine that will plug in and communicate with all computers in your vehicle to see what codes are set in all computers.Once this has been done any codes set will need diagnosed to locate and repair the fault here.It is possible this is a command sub component causing this or wiring to the command but the command itself is most common.
