Hello and welcome to Justanswer!

There are a handful of things that can prevent a window from working. It could be a mechanical issue with the regulator or glass run channel, it could be an electrical issue with the window motor, switch or wiring.

The first step in diagnosing the problem will be to remove the door panel and visually inspect to see if there are any noticeable mechanical issues.

If there are no visible issues and/or you hear no noise when pressing the window switch then the next step will be to unplug the window motor and use a test light set up across the motor terminals to see if there is power and ground when pressing the window switch while the key is on. If the test light does light then the problem is the motor, the most common cause of a window not working is a failed window motor.
