Hello Jonathan and Welcome! I'm Billy and i will assist you with your inquiry. Feel free to ask if any further info is needed.
My apologies for the delay, thank you for your patience.
Did you check for any blown fuses?
the front doors alway work with the fob?
As here's how the system should work:
Pressing key lock button once locks the vehicle and activates the alarm.
Pressing key lock button twice briefly activates double locking system and alarm.
Pressing key unlock button once deactivates alarm and unlocks driver's and passenger's front door.
Pressing key unlock button twice within 3 seconds deactivates the alarm and unlocks all doors.
Doors will automatically lock when vehicle is driven above 5 mph (8 km/h).
If vehicle unlocked and doors or tailgate not opened within 45 seconds, locks/alarm are reactivated.
Pressing tailgate release button once unlocks the rear doors and sliding doors.
NOTE: Alarm/central locking functions can be altered using diagnostic equipment.
Were the wiring connectors at the back of the instrument cluster checked?, as it seems the cluster is loosing power with vehicle off, erasing the live memory
