LD06 0AHThanks for responding in a mess here lol
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
It's an ST too.
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
We been told it can't be the relay as both went. It could be unconnected to the tape? Not sure why both would go and fuse bulb change not working
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Is this another day to respond ?
Expert:  Gallagher99 replied 1 year ago.
Hi there thanks ***** have studied the wiring diagram and the first thing I would like you to check is fuse 88 (15amp ) in the fuse box behind the glove box as its seperate from the headlight fuses

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
That was checked and changed
Expert:  Gallagher99 replied 1 year ago.
Hi there
Do you have 12 volts across fuse 95 when the headlights are selected
Also have fuses 16,18,85&86 been checked
Regards Brian
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
How do I check the volts?
Expert:  Gallagher99 replied 1 year ago.
Hi there
You will need either a test lamp or a digital multimeter
As we must carry out wiring checks reference the diagrams if these fuses are ok as you may have burnt out wiring
It is strange as fuse 88 supplies the headlight switch and flasher switch so is the common denominator for both systems

All fuses checked but the 7.5 amp fyses in glove box not getting power for headlights
Expert:  Gallagher99 replied 1 year ago.
Hi there
The power runs through fuse 95 from the switch for headlights
The fuses 16,18,86&87 are only powered when both the relays are activated
Regards Brian.
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Could it be a relay then
Expert:  Gallagher99 replied 1 year ago.
Hi there
Ok the headlight and main beam have 2 different relays so to damage 2 relays would be rare
If you wish I can post a full description of the system or an image of the diagrams for you
Regards Brian
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
What needs to be checked and changed to give power to the 7.5 fuses in glove box? To do this the cheapest way, what parts are needed from scrap yard ? Is it a auto mechanic ?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
please a full description, what the possibles are, what to check including wiring damage and any other info
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Also could you tell me if a wire could have come out of fuse box on installation and which one- a diagram of the wiring would be good to see and how it should be- any possible breaks. Also where are the relays and how to change although you don't think it's that?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Hello? Lost you

Hello
Expert:  Gallagher99 replied 1 year ago.

Hi there and sorry for the delayed response

Ok the headlight system works as follows

Fuse 88 supply's power to the headlight switch

When the headlights are selected power is sent out the switch at 6 onto fuse 95 and the headlight relay k243? at pin 2 (this activates the relay )

The relay has a constant earth at pin 1

And a feed at pin 5

The feed out Of the relay is at pin 5 onto

Fuses 15&16 then onto both headlights

If you bridge pins 3&5 if the headlight relay the lights should come on

The main beam system works as follows

The main beam switch is powered by fuse 88

When the main beam/flash to pass is selected the power is sent out at pin 7 to the main beam relay k244 at pin 2

The main beam relay is earthed constantly at pin 1

And Has power at pin 3

The feed us out of pin 5 onto fuses 85&86

Then onto the main beam /headlight

If you bridge pins 3&5 the main beam should come on
