Hi my 2006 4.2 Land cruiser was jacked up with out suspension being turned off now gone hard and will not reset tried disconnect battery and leave for 30mins still same

You may have one or more fault codes set in the computers causing this issue here needing cleared out with a scan tool or computer that will plug in and communicate with all computers.
It may also need to have the suspension system calibrated to correct this fault as well with a scan tool or computer.
