Name is***** goal is to provide you with excellent service – if you feel you have gotten anything less, please reply back,
When a mechanic checks an engine he does a engine compression test.
Now if each of the cylinders are low then this confirms engine ware
on the rings , to be sure its the rings and not valves in the cylinder head a wet compression test will be done to confirm the engine is bad
now on a wet test if the compression does not improve then you have a
upper engine issue ,if compression improves then piston rings are bad .
If you are not 100% sure of this Mechanic have a second opinion done.
Please get back to me with the reply button and not the poor or bad service rating , so i can get back to you with further assistance with this issue or offer assistance with another expert .
