The problem you are describing with the loss of spark and injector pulse can be caused by any of the following,
Defective Crankshaft Position (CKP) Sensor
Shorted Harness
Reluctor Wheel — Damages or missing reluctor wheel

Ck all over no shorted wires and all gears are good still not starting
