Hello again Roy - Thank you for your personal request to answer this question.I fully answered your other re the light system etc - but I note you didnt accept my answer by clicking the accept and indeed the post was closedFor we experts to be paid for our time etc - you need to click the accept - or we get nothing Im not sure why that was not accepted and closed - I will give you the link to it - it is HERE perhaps you could look at that and then we can progress hereThank you - Kind Rgds, MIKE
Hi Mike, I've been repeatedly going round in circles, trying to follow JA instructions...all rejected !! I get contradictory information on different pages about payments. I suspect there is a big time delay involved between inputs, leaving me exasperated !! Could not locate your "accept" either...If you can give an answer to both of my queries, and your charge, in accordance with my latest JustAnswer page amendment received today, I will be pleased to continue. Perhaps you can email me your answersto:- XXXXXX@XXXXXX.XXX, with your charge.I can pay you direct via paypal.Cheers, XXXXX XXXXX41039.0266948264
Hello Roy - Thank you for your reply - Im really sorry you have had problems - I really dont know why that should be - I can only apologise sincerely. There is no time delay with me - as you and I are in the UK - but there is with JA as they are in the US - though I dont know how or why the Customer Services would have got involved anyway to have the other question closed - but dont worry for now - I cant email you direct Roy - as you can see- the "system" has blotted your email - this is for you security though to be honest - nor can I accept pay pal payments Roy - as I cant give out personal info.. but we'll try and sort it out as you have said you are happy to pay for both - dont worry about it.With regard to your o2 sensor issue - I believe these are narrow on these - but regardless - I have looked up and found sensors to suit your V40 for you - For those - click on this link HERE Roy - that will take you to a UK supplier - just look through and pick whichever you need - by that I mean, one is forward of the catalytic converter - one will be behind it ( down side - toward the rear of the car )Too - if you need, you can contact them direct for more info on their products- but by all means get back to me if you need anything more on this. If you come back to me here - use the REPLY button to do that - and I will always get back to you - if not straightaway - at some point on the same day / eve.I hope that helps you with this Roy - thank you for your saying you will pay for both questions answered - and my sincere apologies for the mess up however that happened -Normally to pay - you will have an Accept button showing - you just need to click that on this post -I dont think it will be there in your last one as the post was closed - I will sort that out for you - dont worry - Again - let me know if I can do anything more for you - KInd Rgds -MIKE
Hi Mike, thanks for quick reply. The problem has been the difficult to followinstruction sequences with JA's pages. They have offered me 7 days' free support, again a bit vague.(a) I have only had your Sensor answer, today.(b)I've had nothing about the auto dimming problem...I'd appreciate that answer again, please.I did not see the Accept tab, either.(c)Where are you in the UK,Mike? I'm near Doncaster, South Yorks.I dislike using usa businesses,as they are a long way from the long arm of the (UK) law, and getting a refund can be impossible.Communicate as XXXXXX@XXXXXX.XXX, or,24,Elm Drive, Finningley Village, Doncaster, South Yorks., DN9 3EG.THANKS again, most helpful!Cheers, XXXXX XXXXX
Hi Mike,Repeat Auto-dimming advice, please.I have paid £22, plus £3 bonus, this afternoon.Let me know when you get it.Cheers, XXXXX XXXXX
Hello again Roy - thank you for your reply.Im in the UK Roy but no where near you Im afraid, JA is a fine, reputable company to deal with Roy , you wont have any problems I can assure you .To help you further on the money front - I only get paid / credited when you click the Accept button. You have paid your deposit in as above - so thats fine - again, I only get credited when you click the Accept -Dont worry about this Roy - I will sort the money accept situation from this end - as you have indicated you are happy to pay for both before..The answer to the sensor issue is above Roy - as you have that - The answer to to dimming situation is HERE - click the link to see that . I have created that link - click on the word "here" in capitals - and in bold blue to take you there. You wont have an accept button on that post Roy because its closed - again, I will sort that out - You can click the Accept when we have done on this post ...Let me know if I can help you anymore any time - Best RGds - MIKE
Hi Mike,Complete waste of time... I clicked on HERE, did NOT go to your auto dimmer answer. Instead,I was diverted to work through add fund pages, where my attempts to pay were rejected by the Processor..and paypal..So far, I have paid £50, refunded, then £22 plus £3 bonus,(not acknowledged), and finally another £50, which has "disappeared"...but not refunded. as yet.Mike I am totally fed up ........Cheers, XXXXX XXXXX
Roy - thank you for your reply - I have no idea why the original £50 was refunded - that would have been toward the other question that was closed without being accepted at first - Leave this with me Roy - I will ask customer services to sort it for you / us - Please bear with me - Kind Rgds - MIKE
