Volvo s60: it , it is not ticking over at all, then on dash..skid

Hi I have a problem with my Volvo s60. Its 2006 . Sometimes when I go to start it , it is not ticking over at all, then on dash it says anti skid device is switched off. I keep trying to start car with no luck, but then after 10 mins or after it starts but with a struggle. It has happened 3 times in last month. I also notice sometimes when im trying to start car, central locking sometimes clicks closed, when im in the car. I was thinking it was a battery issue cuz first two cranks are low battery noise bur after noise is dead, but 10 0r 20 mins later car starts. What is going on here? Please help.

That really does sound like a battery issue, if it is the original battery I would replace it. If it is not the original I would at least have it tested. Also check the terminal connections.
