Hi,My Name isXXXXX your deposit is not paid until you are happy with my answer and you click accept. I do not get paid unless you do.

I had this very same problem in my HJ75 2H cruiser. It drove me mad for weeks I could not find the problem. In frustration I replaced the headlight wiring loom ( off advice from a friend) to a complete relay system and installed a second battery to run all auxiliary systems including the headlights ( post relays). I was at first thinking that the alternator was not up to the task of supplying enough amps to run everything. I had previously replaced the regulator, but no change. Once I had upgraded the headlight wiring the problem dissapeared and did not return for the remainder of the time I owned the car. To my knowledge it is still running fine. Cheers Mark
