1994 range rover 4.6 v8 hseThe key fob wont work..unlock..drivers door

my car: 1994 range rover 4.6 v8 hse

The key fob wont work with the car, but when I try it, it disables the engine?
Also when I unlock the drivers door with the key all the doors unlock apart from the n/s/f door?
can anyone help!

As for the fob remote function, you may try and replace the battery of the fob, and then resync and it should work....

If that does not work, you will need to check for any blown fuses, and if none is found, you need to remove the door trim panel (of the n/s/f door) and check the operation of the lock actuator, it may need some WD40 to make it work again, or it maight need replacing.

After you get that lock actuator working, try the re sync procedure again, and the problem should be solved...
