A1p13 Multifunction display
A1r1 Instrument illumination rheostat (model 203)
A1r1 Instrument illumination rheostat and reset button (model 209)
S110s1 Scroll forward/back button
S110s3 System selection button
S111s1 Buttons + and - for setting specific functions and volume control

Adjust

1Turn key in ignition switch to position "1".
2Press system selection button (S110s3) repeatedly until the basic display "Kilometer reading" is shown in the multifunction display (A1p13).
3Press variable resistor or dimmer (A1r1) 3 times briefly.

  • An acoustic signal can be heard and the voltage is shown in the multifunction display (A1p13).

4Turn key in ignition switch to position "2".
5Press lower scroll forward/backward button (S110s1).

  • The "Service display" appears in the multifunction display (A1p13).

6Press variable resistor or dimmer (A1r1) once briefly.

  • The menu "Oil type" for selecting the specification of the engine oil used appears in the multifunction display (A1p13).

7Select the engine oil grade used by pressing the + and - buttons, setting of specific functions and volume control (S111s1).

  • The selection option may vary depending on the engine: "Standard", "Qual. 229.3" or "Qual 229.5".

8Press top scroll forward/backward button (S110s1) for confirmation.

  • "Confirm oil reset, press R button for 3s" appears in the multifunction display (A1p13).

9Keep variable resistor or dimmer (A1r1) pressed for 3s.

  • "Service confirmed" appears in the multifunction display (A1p13).

10Press top scroll forward/backward button (S110s1).

  • The "Service display" appears in the multifunction display (A1p13).

11Press top system selection button (S110s3).

  • The basic display "Kilometer reading" appears in the multifunction display (A1p13).

12Turn key in ignition switch to position "0".

my car dose not have all the buttons as photo but will use instructions to try and work out how to reset mine ...thanks
