In an IVA - Can I make a separate agreement with a creditor, on top of the agreed IVA proposals if it comes from a third party?
Hi, welcome to Just Answer. I will help you with your question. In short, no. Your IVA will bind all your creditors whether they had notice of the IVA or whether or not they voted for or against its approval. They will all be bound by it. Your supervisor will not be happy about this and you doing this is likely to breach the terms of the IVA.
