Hi, Thank you for your question and welcome to Just Answer. You cannot act as a secretary if you are an undischarged bankrupt or have any restrictions placed on you post bankruptcy by the secretary of state or by consent. You would be able to use the debit card as long as it authorised by the board and allowed within the powers of the Articles of Association. Kind regards AJ
