wHEN forming a company, can there be just one director who owns all the shares ?

Hi,

Thank you for your question and welcome to Just Answer.

When forming a private limited company, limited by shares, the company need only have one director (who must be a natural person)and at least one share.

The director and shareholder can be the same people or different people.

Can I be of any further assistance.

Kind regards

AJ
