Hi

Thank you for your question and welcome back to Just Answer.

What would you like to know about the statutory demand? How many of the 21 days has expired?

Kind regards

AJ

is there any way to stop this i have 20 days left. if there is nothing i can do to stop it how exactly does it work, i mean the court hearing and precedure

Hi,

Thank you.

Do you dispute the debt? If so you can apply to have the statutory demand set aside? The threshold for this is very low and all you have to prove is that there is an argument to be had.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Kind regards

AJ
