I was made bancrupt in 2004, Lloyds tsb had a second charge on my property, an insurance was taken out again with lloyds to cover this but despite severel letters from myself they ignored the situation until attempting to reposses the property in 2007, at this point they told the solicitors who were acting for me that they would not honour the insurance nor cap the interest, this situation has continued until the debt is now approximatelly 3 times the value of the property and still growing, there is also the first mortgage on the property, i need to get this sorted and wish to know what my options are, kind regards peter
