I am an UK exXXXXX XXXXXving in the USA and I need to make myself

Resolved Question:

I am an UK exXXXXX XXXXXving in the USA and I need to make myself bankrupt in the UK as I can not longer afford to service my debts. When I return to the UK to do this, does the UK courts have any legal right to see my financial information from the USA, i.e. bank statements, proof of income, etc?

No.

You would normally only declare income and expenditure in the UK.

The UK Courts etc have no jurisdiction in the USA so those matters are entirely separate.
