I am getting an E11 code when I follow your instructions
JA: I'll do all I can to help. How long have you been dealing with this?
Customer: A couple of days, It started when I put a woollens wash on but I think I confused the programme by pressing too many buttons?
JA: What's the make and model of your washing machine? And can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: Beko WME8227W
JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?
Customer: If I can
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: I can't think of anything. I tried turning dial to cotton and holding in for few seconds, then turning machine on, when I let go of button, all the symbols were lit up?

E11 is a motor related fault.

What actually happens when you set the washer going on a spin only cycle?

Will the door lock?

Will the drum turn at all?
