JA: What's the make and model of the fridge? And can you guesstimate how old is it?
Customer: It is a Bosche classi xx

This is usually down to a blocked drain hole.

Empty the fridge and at the back towards the bottom you will see the drain gutter.

In there you will see the drain hole.

Poke something in there to clean out out.

Then pore water in there and make sure it drains away ok.

Then see how it goes and that should cure the fault from there. As when you get this fault its nearly always down to a blocked drain hole in there.
