Thanks for that.

This model dishwasher shouldnt have an F15 error code.

What lights do you have flashing?

Customer: replied 2 months ago.
Thank you. all four lights are flashing.
Customer: replied 2 months ago.
It makes a the start noise but nothing happens.
Expert:  Daniel T. replied 2 months ago.

Ok very strange as this dishwasher doesnt have a virtual sensor.

If its just flashing all 4 lights then try and remove the plug from the socket commpletey for about 30 mins as this is like a hard reset as it allows the componments to discharge themselves.

Then plug it back in and see if its cleared the lights. But if not or they start flashing again then its looking like the control board at the bottom is the fault here as thats the only thing that will cause this fault im afraid.

okay I just did that but before i did i just check what happens and when i turn it on the first light comes on the the following three flash one (so all the lights are on) then it goes back to the first one. I have tried what you said so will see in half an hour.
Expert:  Daniel T. replied 2 months ago.

Ok just leave it for about half hour and just see what happens from there.

Your welcome.

It is still not working. It sounds like it is starting up and then nothing happens.
Expert:  Daniel T. replied 2 months ago.

Ok if your still getting all 4 lights flashing then im afraid its looking like it could be the circuit board, Sorry.

For this the cheapest and best way is to get Hotpoint in as they do a fixed fee repair for £110 all in. As they will need to program the new board with there laptop as the boards come blank.
