Hi, my name is ***** ***** I look forward to helping you!

It sounds like the door switch may not be closing circuit for the control to allow the dryer to start. Does the switch make a clicking sound when pushed in and out?

Customer: replied 26 days ago.
Hi I need to know a little more please
Customer: replied 26 days ago.
If it clicks when you push it in and out it is ok . If this is not it then what could it be and so on ????????

The switch is most likely faulty if the control allows programs to be chosen and changed. There may be a belt switch issue but I cannot verify if that model uses that or not. Is the drum very easy to turn or some resistance?

Customer: replied 26 days ago.
the drum is very hard to turn around
And yes it does have a belt
Expert:  Kelly replied 26 days ago.

I know it has a belt, sorry for the confusion. I meant a belt switch that cuts power to the motor if the belt breaks. Do you have a meter to test the door switch with?

Customer: replied 26 days ago.
I do I will do it tonight about4.30pm Aust time . And if it is not that ?? The belt is not broken
Then where do I check next ?
Expert:  Kelly replied 26 days ago.

If the switch is good, then the main control is likely faulty. Let me know what you find. Thank you!

Customer: replied 26 days ago.
I will do
Tonight or tomorrow ok

Oh, sure, there is no hurry at all. I am in the US so there is a bit of a time difference. Please forgive any delays when you post back.
