I put my wall oven on the cleaning cycle to clean it but i did not know that a pan of bacon grease was in the oven how can i open the oven without damaging it?

Turn the power back on right away so the cooling fan will turn back on.

If it has gotten above 550* F, it has to cool before it will cancel and shut off. If you hit cancel, it will stop heating but will keep the cooling fan on and the door locked until it cools down. You don't want to shut the power off or it will get too hot and the thermal oven fuses will open.

You just have to allow it to cool before it will open now. Don't force it open or shut the power off, just allow it time to cool and it should open.
