Hello, my name is George,

Is the appliance still full of water?

Customer: replied 3 months ago.
no i empty by hand, and cleaned filter at bottom right hand side
Expert:  George-Allsorts replied 3 months ago.

Can you open the filter again and check that the impeller on the pump rotates ok

Customer: replied 3 months ago.
its still driping water when opening, water must be left in there
Expert:  George-Allsorts replied 3 months ago.

Have you used the little black hose to empty the filter housing?

Customer: replied 3 months ago.
ive just emted it and its turning,(black hose ?)
Expert:  George-Allsorts replied 3 months ago.

There should be a black tube near to the filter housing that has a blue plug in the end of it.. remove the plug from the end to drain the water from the appliance into a bowl or something.

  • With the filter out (so you can see the impeller) turn the impeller clockwise to ensure that it can move freely and that it is attached to the pump.
  • Check under the impeller for any small coins hiding there
  • Check the outlet holes at the side of the housing for anything that might be obstructing the holes.

done all that,it moves freely

Uncouple the hose from its drain point and place it into a bucket..

Allow the appliance to fill on a Rinse cycle..

Once filled, cancel the program and see if the appliance drains into the bucket.

See if it fully spins too

Customer: replied 3 months ago.

Sorry, was tied up on the phone to another customer

There are different models of pump, most have the hose but some don't.

Expert:  George-Allsorts replied 3 months ago.

The drain hose that I referred to in my previous instruction is the drain hose at the rear of the appliance where the water exits the machine... This may be connected under the sink, or maybe out into a direct drain

Customer: replied 3 months ago.
done that, put on drain&spin and water is coming out very slowly
Expert:  George-Allsorts replied 3 months ago.

Then you have either a blockage in the drain hose or you need to replace the pump.
