my hob is not working due to a crack and possibly water seaping through. it normally resets itself but has not done so this time . Please can you advise ?
JA: How long has this been going on? And how severe is the problem?
Customer: been going on just over 12 months now . Severity is now that it is no longer working
JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?

Using it cracked is not safe and, I also suspect water has damaged the electronics under the glass.
