Hi

When you start a wash cycle and the pump runs, When the pump stops do you hear a humming noise comming from the bottom of the dishwasher?

If you open the door do you see any water laying on the bottom there?

Regards

Hi there is no water, when you set a program and shut the door the pump starts and then finishes, then you here the sound of the motor but no water, there is no smell of burning or anything like that, it just keeps humming away until I switch it off

Ok if theres no water entering the dishwasher at all then the first thing you need to check is the water supply and the hose at the back,

Check the hose isnt kinked up at the back.

If the water supply and hose are fine then you need to access the underside of the dishwasher and at the back you will see the water valve. You need to test this as if its faulty then it will stop the dishwasher from filling. The water valve should read about 3.6K ohms roughly so see what you find with the valve. If faulty then you need to replace the water valve.

Check the above and see what you find and let me know.
