The wash motor may be seized or the drain pump is running because there is water in the base of the machine. Does it fill with water or just start humming right away?
So there is water in the base of the machine that is keeping the pump running. Or, a mouse may have gotten under there and actuated the float, that is very common. You will need to pull it out to access that area for inspection to determine what is happening. Let me know what you find.
Sounds good, keep me posted.
I understand, thank you. Take care ....
