I own a Gaggenau SK535-264/2 and the over temp alarm went

Customer Question

I own a Gaggenau SK535-264/2 and the over temp alarm went off for the freezer section only, the temperature level indicator for the freezer is blinking. Can I solve this by myself or do I require an expert repairer.
JA: What's the make and model? And have you checked the settings recently?
Customer: Gaggenau SK535-264/2. Which settings do mean?
JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?
Customer: I'm considering it, but I do know what is exactly wrong with it
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: No, nothing more to explain
JA: OK. Got it. I'm sending you to a secure page on JustAnswer so you can place the $5 fully-refundable deposit now. While you're filling out that form, I'll tell the Appliance Technician about your situation and then connect you two.

Hi, welcome to Just Answer. My name is ***** ***** I look forward to helping you!

Please know that I am not compensated for my time by the site until you rate using the stars at the top of your page. A rating is appreciated once we get to the solution for your appliance issue, thanks!

I suspect the issue is related to a lack of air flow. Can you hear a fan running in the freezer section? Can you see any frost on the back wall inside the freezer?
