When you ran the diagnostic cycle the first thing that should have come up was the error code F??

Did you see this?

no i got (E 08)

E08 means pump running to long.

What you need to do is remove the plastic trim on the front at the bottom and there you will see the filter. Remove this and slowly drain the water from there.

Once the water is out you can fully remove the filter and give it a good clean out.

Also check were the drain hose goes to. If it goes under a sink remove the spigot and check that isn't blocked up.

Once that's clear retry the washer and see how it goes from there. If still doing the same then remove the top of the washer and you will see the pressure on the top on the right hand side. Remove the thin hose on the bottom and give it a blow down the hose hard as this will clear the pressure bottle.

Then retry and fingers crossed one of the above will have sorted it. But if its still the same then its possibley a control board fault here which is causing the fault.
