we can't get the belt on our machine

Has the rear panel been removed from the appliance?

as much as we can take off we know how to do it but it's so tight

Remove any washing from the inside of the tub.

At the rear of the appliance; place the belt onto the motor drive shaft, then also onto the left side of the pulley wheel of the tub until the full capactity of the belt is taken-up.

Whilst holding the belt in this position, rotate the tub clockwise allowing the belt to follow.

The pulley wheel will pull the belt into position for you
