hi i am unable to get the child lock de activated on my IQ 500

Ok.. turn the appliance off at the wall and UNPLUG it.. Wait for 30 mins before plugging it in again. Once plugged in, Press and Hold the Start button for up to 60 secs for the Child Lock to disengage
