If you have a look at the top of the inner stainless steel door you will see that it is laser etched into the metal, you may have to look at it at an odd angle but it is there.

Ah, ok got it enr is SN65m030GB/13. Fd no is 8908

OK this usually indicates that there is a problem with the door switch or door catch. This means checking that the door latch and both the door switch and its cabling is intact and functioning.

Customer: replied 8 months ago.
What do you mean by cabling? I have checked the door latch and seems fine.
Expert:  bonzaco replied 8 months ago.

The door lock is activated by a pecker rod when you close the door, this is connected to the main electric control module by cables. The electric circuit has got to be completed ie cable out, then through lock and back to the module for the appliance to work. When you say you have checked the door latch was that electrically or just visually?
