Hi

Can you post the model number please.

Also when it doesn't work do you get any flashing lights from it?

And when you say it will drain and spin is the drum turning ok still?

Regards

what do I have to do to get your next answer

Ok as you don't get any error codes then there isn't much that can cause this fault.

One thing that does is worn carbon brushes in the motor.

I know you say it turns on spin but if they have worn then when under load it can stop the drum from turning.

So pull the washer out and lean it backwards against a wall and have someone hold it for you.

Then lie down and look under the washer and there you will see the back of the motor. There either side are the carbon brushes.

Take them out and see if they have worn down. If they are only a few mm long then they have worn and will be the cause of this

So replace them and see how it goes from there.

Try that and see what you find and let me know.

You can either get them from an online website click here

Or if you have a local spares shop you can try them as they will have them in stock.
