Hi

When it does this is there water inside it?

Do you get any error codes coming on the screen?

Regards

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
No there is no water inside the machine. There is no error code the display just changes to a "-"

Ok when you start a new cycle what actually happens before It beeps and goes off.

Do you hear any water entering the dishwasher at all?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
No it doesn't sound like it. It makes a noise for only a few seconds and then beebs twice. Then it waits for a good while with no noise and beeps again.

It sounds like a pump starting or that it is trying to fill with water but without any water coming through if that makes sense? It is coming from the bottom of the machine

Ok try this if you can.

Pull the dishwasher out and tip it 45 degs backwards and see if any water comes out from the bottom. As sometimes water can leak under there and activates a flood switch which can stop the dishwasher from filling and starting.

Check that first and see what you find and let me know.
