Hi

Can you post the model number please.

Also when you set it to drain can you hear the pump running?

If not then do you hear a slight humming noise from the bottom?

Regards

Ok lets see what the error code is.

Set it going on a spin cycle and start it going.

Then press and hold the start button and the button to the left of it.

Keep them both held in and after a few seconds the leds will go out and the start light will flash.

You need to count the number of red flashes from it and the number of green and let me know.

Regards

Have set it to the Spin setting. When I press start however, it doesn't start the spin.
The spin speed lights then switch off :(

Ok have you checked the filter at the bottom?

Remove the wooden kick board at the bottom of your kitchen and there you will see the filter on the far right.

If the washer is full of water you need to slowerly drain the water from the grey hose you see next to the filter. Pull it out but not to far and hang it into a bowl and pop the top off and you can drain the water out.

Once the water is out you need to then fully unscrew the filter and give this a good clean out. The look inside the chamber were the filter goes and at the back in there is the pump impeller X shape. Make sure theres nothing stuck in there and that it pings round in stages.

Then refit the filter and retry the washer and see how it goes from there.

Let me know how it goes.

Regards

Hi, I unscrewed the filter and emptied the washing machine. There was a lot of water in the machine so it took quite a bit of time. I'll need to leave there tonight. The filter was relatively clear but with a few bits of black slime about. I checked the pump impeller moves around OK
