Hi

Thanks

OK< on this machine this is in fact a "communications" error

This means the two boards are not "talking" to each other.

You need to check the wiring between the main board and the motor control board. Check the wiring and loose connections.

Lastly check both boards for signs of overheating or damage and replace as necessary

In the meantime,

Can I ask you to take a moment and rate myresponses so far? Please use the smiley faces / stars, which youshould now see. Please remember you are rating me personally, not thewebsite or the problems you have had with this machine.
This willnot close your question and you can still come back to me if you needmore help
Thanks

Thanks how do I go about the above?
Expert:  Rob replied 1 year ago.

Im not sure exactly what you mean??

You need to physically check the wiring between the two boards for danmage .

You also need to check there are no loose or poor connections at either board.

Hope that makes sense

If not, please let me know what the problem is

Please dont forget to rate though as this is the only way I get credit for spending my time helping you with this

Thanks

Rob
