Hi, welcome to Just Answer. My name is ***** ***** I look forward to helping you! Has it been working and now stopped? Or, is this new to you? If it was working, turn the power off at the mains for a few hours. Any change when the power is restored?

May I please have your model number so I am able to provide you with accurate, model specific information?

Unfortunately, I do not recognize that unit. Can you access the bottom of it, in the cabinet, and see if there is a model tag there?
