Hi Daniel, sorry only replying now. I just turned on washing machine- synthetics quick wash. Light came on as normal. Water entered drum but drum did not rotate. I could hear click noise as time went down but drum never moved. Then after 10 mins washing machine completely turned off. I just turned it on again but now won't start at all.

Hi

Ok if the drum just isnt turning at all then its possibley carbon brushes in the motor or a bad wiring connection.

What you need to do is remove the back panel of the washer and remove the motor from the bottom if the drum.

At the back of the motor either side are the carbon brushes. Take them out and see if they have worn down. If so thn you need to replace them.

If the brushes are fine then just check the wiring to the motor and see if theres any loose wires on there.

Check them first if you can and let me know what you find.
