Hi, welcome to Just Answer. My name is ***** ***** I look forward to helping you! The element may be tested for continuity or tested for voltage when it should be heating. If you show voltage to the element and no heat, it is indeed faulty. No voltage would indicate a control problem. Do you have a meter to test with?

May I please have your model number so I am able to provide you with accurate, model specific information?

Kelly,The model number is ***** readable. I have attached a photo of the element within the oven itself.

The element does not look healthy. Do you have a meter to test it with?
