The make is balboa the model is genesis I have just drained it cleaned and refilled it switched it back on but I can't get it to go off Eco mode to get it up to temperature it's locking at 15 when it should be getting up to 40. I have followed the advice on the internet that said press the mode and heat buttons at the same time to change the mode which did work but after about 15mins it goes back to Eco
