Thanks for that.
So if you pull that green tab at the bottom of the washer and pull the door handle at the same time will this not open the door?

I've tried that.

Ok so im takeing it that didnt work when you pulled the tab and pull the door handle at the same time.
Has the washer drained all the water out from inside from what you can see?
Check the the filter at the bottom and slowly drain the water from there.
As on these is the washer is full of water then the door lock wont release the door untill it has drained the water out.

Hi
Ok if thats the case then its more then likely a faulty door lock here im afraid. The only way to get this open is to break the door lock off from there.
What you need to do is remove the top panel of the washer and unplug the washer.
From there look down the front on the inside of the washer on the right and there you will see the door lock.
First feel the far left of the lock and you will feel the metal door pin.
You need to push this to the left and at the same time pull the door and see if it opens from there.
If not then all you can do here is break the lock off.
Grab hold of the lock and pull it up and down and left to right and this will break off.
Once off you can then open the door from there.
Then you need to replace the door lock from there and this should cure the fault and sort it out.
Now the locks on these do fail and cause faults like this as we do replace quite a lot of them/
So try the above and that way you can get into the washer from there.
If you need anymore info just get back to me.
