Hi, my name is ***** ***** I look forward to helping you! If it is totally dead and you have verified power to the main electronic control, that control module will likely need to be replaced. With it being dead, there is no way to determine if it is a User Interface issue or main control issue but history would suggest the main, high voltage control is faulty. It has a MUCH higher rate of failure.
