Customer Question

I have a Bosch dishwasher (SMS40T42Uk) with "check water" light illuminated.
I have verified that it is not caused by..
1. Drain pump fault
2. Blocked inlet or outlet pipes
3. Blocked inlet filter
4. Anti flood switch
Wash cycle runs for approx 15 minutes before light comes on.
Also noticed very slight electric shock from touching inside of metal door door which i first thought to be static but it is constant so not static. Any help appreciated.
Possible solenoid fault? Water does fill at the start of cycle though.....

Hi, my name is ***** ***** I look forward to helping you! The solenoids are common to fail after the first fill when the coil heats up. I suspect that may be what is happening with your machine. It can also cause the voltage leakage if the coil is shorting. Can you still measure voltage at the cabinet with the water valve disconnected?
