Hi Is it just the salad drawers that are freezing up?If you remove the salad boxes and feel the base of the fridge is there a layer or ice on there? Regards
Customer: replied 1 year ago.

Yes, have noticed the channel freezes up only on the left, then ice overflows under the left salad drawer, but notice that the right salad drawer is affected if left for a few days.

Hi If its freezing up there then im afraid this is usually down to a break down in the insulation of the appliance. As between the liner inside and the outer cabinet they fill it with foam. Sometimes you get little air pockets in there which break down and foams moisture in there which then freezes. This then causes the fault you have inside the fridge. So when this happens im afraid theres nothing you can do as its down to the insulation which you cannot access inside the cabinet of the appliance. Sorry its not good news but if you need anymore info just get back to me. Regards
