Customer Question

Hi
Have a samsung DA99-01659a fridge. Freezer works fine; fridge is 0 degrees at bottom and 12 degrees at top. Electronic temp gauge says 10 degrees. Is set at 2 degrees. Was fine until i switched it off to de-ice - switched back on and.....
As if cooling fan has packed up??
Any ideas?
Thanks John

Hi, my name is ***** ***** I look forward to helping you! The drastic temperature difference is definitely related to air flow. If the fan is not running, that is the problem., If the fan is running, you may have a frozen coil. I would allow a full defrost for 24 hours with both doors open and see what happens when plugged back in.
