Hi, my name is ***** ***** I look forward to helping you! Turn the power off at the mains for at least 4 hours to facilitate a full reset of the electronics, that should clear the controller. Does the behavior change when power is restored?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
No, I've tried turning it for few hours but still doesn't work

The main controller is probably faulty. May I please have your model number so I am able to provide you with accurate, model specific information?

Thank you. The part for your model that I believe will need to be replaced is available below. It is accessed by removing the top panel of the washer and all connections will simply unplug and plug in, making for a very easy repair.
